I have done some working out things in the past few months, but I quit because they are too hard. Do you have any ideas of where a beginner might/should start? You're the only fitblr I'm following, so I thought I'd ask you.</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Hey! Sorry! I’m just now seeing this! I’m sorry that the weight you’re at is scary for you! I’d say the first thing to do is realize that it’s just a number on a scale and it in no way dictates who you are or your worth as a person. As for workouts I would try something simple. When I first started working out I would get on the treadmill and walk it at a speed of 3.0 and then as that started to get easier I slowly increased the speed. I would do that for 30 minutes and then I would do some weight lifting (I started at 3 pounds) for about 10 minutes. I know that doesn’t seem like much, but when you’re first starting out working out you want to push yourself, but you also want to not tire yourself out too much. Right now, since those other workouts are so hard for you make them a goal. Increase your stamina by slowly increasing the intensity of your workouts. Start out slow and build up on it. Nobody is a champion just starting out. Everyone had to have a beginning.
